Summary
This study tests a new way to prepare sperm for in vitro fertilization (IVF) to see if it is safe and helps create healthier embryos. About 202 couples undergoing IVF will take part, with the new method compared to the standard one. The main goal is to see if embryos have the right number of chromosomes, which may improve pregnancy chances.
