New MRI technique could spot brain tumors more clearly

Summary
This study is testing a new type of MRI that uses a special substance (hyperpolarized carbon) to take clearer pictures of brain tumors called gliomas. The goal is to see if it is safe and if it can help doctors find and diagnose these tumors better. About 140 adults with glioma will be scanned before and after treatment to compare the images.
