Summary
This study aims to understand if drinking more fluids, specifically plain water or unsweetened beverages, can improve blood sugar regulation and heart health. Researchers will enroll 144 adults with either normal weight or obesity to follow different drinking schedules over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost habit can be a helpful strategy for preventing long-term health problems.
