Summary

This study aims to understand if drinking more fluids, specifically plain water or non-sugar-sweetened beverages, can improve blood sugar regulation and heart health. Researchers will enroll 144 adults, grouped by normal weight or obesity, to test different fluid intake levels over eight weeks. The goal is to see if better hydration is a simple, practical way to help prevent metabolic and heart problems.
