First seen Aug 14, 2026 · Last updated Aug 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests an 8-week hybrid physiotherapy program for adults aged 45-75 who live with both chronic pain and depression. The program combines weekly face-to-face sessions on pain science with guided exercises and online videos. Researchers will measure changes in pain intensity, coping, fear of movement, and emotional well-being, along with how usable and acceptable the program feels to participants.
