First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tested a new drug called HX009 in 48 Chinese patients whose lymphoma had returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. HX009 is a special antibody that targets two proteins (CD47 and PD-1) on cancer cells to help the immune system attack them. The main goal was to see how many patients had their tumors shrink or disappear, and the study also tracked how long that benefit lasted.
