Summary
This study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of a dietary supplement called Origin Satiety Complex on feelings of hunger and fullness in healthy adults. Researchers will enroll 30 participants to compare the supplement against a placebo, measuring how hungry or full people feel using simple rating scales over several hours after taking it. The goal is to see if this product can help people feel more satisfied and less hungry between meals.
