New injections aim to control hepatitis b in early trial

NCT ID NCT07183306

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests two experimental injections, HT-101 and HT-102, in 86 adults with chronic hepatitis B who are already on standard antiviral medication. The goal is to see if adding these injections is safe and how the body processes them. Participants receive the injections every 4 weeks for 24 weeks, and some also continue with their usual antiviral pills. This is an early-phase trial focused on safety and dosing, not a cure.
