New shot aims to silence hepatitis b virus in long-term patients

Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called HRS-5635, given alone or with other drugs, in 369 adults with chronic hepatitis B whose virus is already suppressed by standard pills. The main goal is to lower or clear a key virus marker (HBsAg) from the blood. Participants must have been on stable antiviral therapy for at least 6 months. The trial lasts 48 weeks and checks safety and how well the drug works.
