First seen May 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study is testing whether adding the experimental drug HRS-4642 to standard chemotherapy can help shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery and prevent them from coming back after surgery. About 30 adults with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer will receive the combination treatment. The main goals are to see how safe the treatment is and how many patients' tumors shrink enough for successful surgery.
