This study tests a new medicine called HRS-1780 in 60 adults with primary aldosteronism, a condition where the adrenal glands make too much of a hormone that raises blood pressure. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it safely lowers blood pressure better than a dummy pill. The goal is to control the condition, not cure it.
