Scientists track Wrestlers' blood after one brutal workout
NCT ID NCT07264751
Summary
This study aimed to understand how a single, intense training session affects the bodies of wrestlers. Researchers measured markers of inflammation, stress, and muscle damage in the blood of five athletes before, immediately after, and 24 hours after a workout. The goal was to learn more about how the body develops fatigue and recovers from exercise, which could help athletes train smarter.
