Scientists track blood changes after one intense workout
NCT ID NCT07264751
Summary
This study aimed to understand how wrestlers' bodies respond to a single intense training session. Five athletes completed a standard workout and gave blood samples before, immediately after, and 24 hours later. Researchers analyzed these samples for markers of inflammation, stress, and muscle damage to learn more about fatigue and recovery from exercise.
