Could a simple foot soak ease surgery pain?

NCT ID NCT07126223

Summary

This study is testing whether soaking feet in warm water helps people feel better after having their gallbladder removed through keyhole surgery. Researchers want to see if this simple, drug-free method can reduce pain and help patients' digestive systems return to normal faster. About 62 adults having planned surgery will be randomly assigned to either get the foot bath or receive standard care for comparison.
