App aims to crack the code on cancer treatment hot flashes
NCT ID NCT05222464
Summary
This study tested whether a patient portal app called MyChart could be used to help find the best ways to manage hot flashes caused by breast cancer treatments. Researchers enrolled 56 breast cancer patients experiencing hot flashes to see if they could use the app to track their symptoms and try different non-hormonal treatments. The goal was to see if collecting this data could help predict which treatments work best for which patients.
