Summary
This study tests whether 'Hope Groups' — a program offering mental health support, parenting help, and violence prevention — can improve the well-being of Palestinian caregivers displaced by war. About 490 participants from refugee camps will be randomly assigned to the program or usual services. Researchers will measure changes in caregivers' mental health and how often they use violence against children.
