New study to monitor diabesity complications in hong kong

Summary
This study creates a registry of 800 adults aged 18-50 with type 2 diabetes and obesity (diabesity). Participants get regular health checks including eye, foot, blood, and urine tests. They return after 3 years to see how their health has changed. The goal is to learn more about diabetes-related complications, not to test a new treatment.
