First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a home-based telenursing program, led by a specialist nurse, can improve quality of life and reduce complications like falls for people with atypical parkinsonism (MSA or PSP). About 164 participants will receive proactive and reactive video monitoring and health education. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients manage their condition better at home.
