Can simple home exercises ease fibromyalgia pain?
NCT ID NCT06738472
Summary
This study tested whether adding a home-based posture exercise program to standard medication could help people with fibromyalgia. It involved 55 adults with fibromyalgia and measured changes in their pain sensitivity, spinal mobility, sleep, anxiety, and quality of life. The goal was to see if these exercises could improve symptoms and daily function beyond what medication alone provides.
