Summary
This study tested whether adding a program of home-based posture exercises to standard medication could help people with fibromyalgia. Researchers measured if the exercises improved pain sensitivity, spinal flexibility, sleep, anxiety, and quality of life. The study involved 55 adults diagnosed with fibromyalgia and used a special device to track changes in spinal mobility.
