Can home workouts help manage diabetes and memory?
NCT ID NCT07416799
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week, home-based strength training program guided by telehealth is practical and easy to stick with for adults who have both type 2 diabetes and mild cognitive impairment. Researchers want to see if this approach can improve physical function, memory, and blood sugar control. The goal is to find a convenient way to help manage these co-occurring conditions.
