Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized home exercise program can improve heart and kidney function in adults with cardiorenal syndrome (combined heart and kidney problems). Sixty people aged 18-75 will either receive standard drug treatment alone or add a 6-month home exercise plan. Researchers will measure changes in exercise ability, kidney function, and heart function to see if exercise is safe and effective for managing this condition.
