NCT ID NCT07417423
First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving liver transplant patients simple exercise instructions—via a brochure or a video—could help them become more active, feel less tired, and reduce the burden on their caregivers. Over 100 adults who had a liver transplant were split into three groups: brochure-based exercise, video-based exercise, or standard care. The goal was to see if these easy-to-follow home programs could improve daily physical activity and overall well-being after transplant.
