First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving liver transplant patients simple exercise guides (a brochure or a video) helps them become more active, feel less tired, and reduce the burden on their caregivers. Over 100 adults who had a liver transplant were split into three groups: one got a brochure, one got a video, and one got standard care. The goal was to see if these easy-to-follow home programs could improve daily life after transplant.
