Home BP checks plus pharmacist care may lower Women's blood pressure

Summary
This study tests whether women with high blood pressure can better control it by checking their BP at home and sharing readings with a pharmacist every 4 weeks. About 368 women will either receive a home monitor plus pharmacist follow-up or usual pharmacy care. The goal is to see if the extra monitoring leads to a greater drop in systolic blood pressure after 24 weeks.
