Summary
This study tests whether women with high blood pressure can better control it by measuring their blood pressure at home and sharing results with a pharmacist every four weeks. About 368 women will either receive a home monitor and regular pharmacist follow-up or standard care. The goal is to see if the extra monitoring leads to a greater drop in blood pressure over 24 weeks.
