Summary
This study tests whether measuring blood pressure at home, rather than only at the dialysis center, helps prevent dangerous blood pressure drops during dialysis. 200 adults with end-stage kidney disease on dialysis will be assigned to either home or clinic blood pressure targets. The goal is to improve safety and reduce symptoms like fatigue and cramping.
