Summary
This study tested whether using the Physitrack app at home helps handball players follow their exercise routines and improve their jumping ability. Twenty-eight healthy adult male handball players were assigned to one of two eight-week home exercise programs through the app. Researchers measured how much they stuck to the program and tested their vertical jump performance before and after.
