First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program delivered through the Physitrack app helps healthy handball players follow their workouts and improve their jumping ability. Twenty-eight male players from a handball club were assigned to either a specific jumping program or a general exercise program, both done at home via the app. The main goal was to see how well they stuck with the program and whether their vertical jump performance improved.
