Summary

This study tests a portable, seated leg dexterity trainer designed to improve knee control and reduce pain in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 82 adults aged 40-85 with knee OA will use either the new device or a wobble board at home for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the device offers better pain relief and function than standard balance exercises.
