First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether a home-based video game program (exergames) can improve arm and hand function in 40 people with multiple sclerosis better than standard home exercises. Participants will play specially designed games that challenge both movement and thinking, with remote supervision from a physical therapist. The goal is to see if this approach is effective, easy to use, and cost-effective for improving daily life.
