First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining a structured exercise and nutrition program with weight-loss medication helps adults with obesity keep more muscle and stay physically strong, compared to taking the medication alone. About 120 adults aged 18-70 will take part over one year. The goal is to find a better way to manage obesity and related health issues.
