Summary
This study tested a personalized therapy program for Veterans with hoarding disorder. The therapy combined cognitive rehab and exposure/sorting exercises, delivered at home via telemedicine and visits. The goal was to improve daily functioning, reduce hoarding symptoms, and boost quality of life. 60 Veterans took part, and the approach showed promise in making treatment more accessible and effective.
