New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: first human trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new drug called HMBD-501 in people with advanced melanoma, lung, or breast cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 180 adults will take part in two phases: first to check safety, then to measure effectiveness.
