Summary
This study looks at how well a scoring tool called the HScore can diagnose hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in intensive care patients who also have liver failure or cirrhosis. Researchers will review medical records of 100 adults admitted to one hospital over ten years. The goal is to find the best markers for this rare but serious immune condition.
