Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with HIV still have high virus levels despite taking combination antiretroviral therapy (ART). Researchers will monitor 26 participants during hospital stays and follow-ups to see if directly observed medication and tailored support can help control the virus. The goal is to improve treatment strategies for those who experience virologic failure.
