Scientists test 'Vaccinal Effect' to free HIV patients from daily pills
NCT ID NCT07054931
Summary
This study is testing a new approach to control HIV without daily medication. Researchers are combining special vaccines with long-acting antibody infusions to teach the immune system to fight the virus on its own. The goal is to see if this combination can provide lasting protection, allowing participants to safely stop their regular antiretroviral therapy for extended periods.
