Youth take the lead: new strategy aims to keep HIV-Positive teens in care

Summary
This study tests a new way to help young people with HIV in Kenya move from teen clinics to adult care. About 1,920 youth and their healthcare workers will try a program called the Adolescent Transition Package, led by youth themselves. The goal is to see if this approach helps more teens stay in care and keep the virus under control.
