Summary
This study tests a youth-led approach to help young people living with HIV in Kenya successfully move from pediatric to adult clinics. About 1,920 youth and their healthcare providers will take part across 32 clinics. The goal is to see if this strategy improves how many youth stay in care and achieve viral suppression after transitioning.
