Summary

This study tests a 24-week program that uses rewards and support services to help people with opioid use disorder who inject drugs take their daily HIV prevention pill (PrEP) consistently. The goal is to reduce HIV risk in this group. 526 participants will be followed for a year to see if the program improves medication adherence and lowers risky behaviors.
