Summary
This study tested a community-based program to improve HIV prevention and care for adolescent girls and young women in Zambia. The program included education sessions for girls and their families, youth clubs for peer support, and special wellness clinics for health services. Researchers compared different groups to see if this combined approach helped more girls get tested for HIV, stay in care if they had HIV, and reduce risky behaviors.
