First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at why some Hispanic/Latino gay and bisexual men may not trust the healthcare system and how that affects HIV testing and prevention. Researchers will work with 144 men in North Carolina to understand these barriers and find ways to increase HIV testing and use of prevention tools like PrEP. The goal is to reduce HIV-related health gaps in this community.
