Summary

This study looks at why some Hispanic/Latino gay and bisexual men mistrust the medical system and how that affects HIV testing and prevention. Researchers will work with 144 men in North Carolina to measure changes in mistrust, HIV testing rates, and use of prevention tools like PrEP. The goal is to find better ways to address HIV disparities in this community.
