Summary
This study aims to learn about the safety and effectiveness of kidney transplants from donors with HIV to recipients who also have HIV. Researchers will follow 30 adults with HIV who need a kidney transplant and receive one from either a living or deceased donor who also has HIV. The goal is to gather knowledge that could expand transplant options for people living with HIV and end-stage kidney disease.
