Summary
This study aims to learn about the safety and effectiveness of kidney transplants from donors with HIV to recipients who also have HIV. Researchers will follow 30 HIV-positive adults who need a kidney transplant and receive one from an HIV-positive donor. The goal is to gather knowledge that could expand transplant options for people living with HIV and end-stage kidney disease.
