Summary
This study aims to find out if two types of HIV medications (NNRTI and INSTI) cause different levels of fatty liver disease in people with HIV. Researchers will screen 200 HIV patients using ultrasound to measure liver fat and stiffness. The goal is to learn which drug class may be safer for the liver, helping guide future treatment choices.
