Summary

This study tests a treatment called HIPEC for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. HIPEC delivers heated chemotherapy directly into the belly during surgery, aiming to kill cancer cells more effectively. The study will enroll 40 adults aged 18 to 80 to see if this approach improves survival and is safe. It is not a cure, but may help control the disease.
