Heated chemo during surgery may boost ovarian cancer control

Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding heated chemotherapy directly into the abdomen during surgery helps people with advanced ovarian cancer live longer. About 520 participants who have already had some chemo will be randomly assigned to get surgery with or without this heated treatment. The goal is to see if it improves overall survival and delays cancer return.
