New nerve block may help hip surgery patients get comfortable faster

Summary
This study tests two types of nerve blocks to see which one makes it easier for patients to get into position for spinal anesthesia before hip surgery. It will involve 90 adults having hip fracture repair. The goal is to reduce pain and improve comfort during the procedure.
