Summary
This study compares three types of hip replacement surgery to see which one best restores the hip's natural mechanics. Researchers will use CT scans and X-rays to measure how well each surgery rebuilds the hip joint. The study involves 165 adults who need hip surgery and will follow them for one year after the operation.
